Unlike any other retailer in Oregon, we build our own high-quality hot tubs right here in the Oregon, offering customers unparalleled value and craftsmanship. What You'll Do:

· Educate Customers on our unique factory-direct model and how we build our own spas right here in Oregon, giving them a personal and exclusive experience.

· Guide customers through our wide selection of spas and hot tubs, helping them find the best fit for their lifestyle and budget.

· Demonstrate product features and benefits with enthusiasm, highlighting our craftsmanship and attention to detail.

· Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are well presented.

· Manage sales transactions and customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

· Collaborate with management to hit sales targets and keep our showroom fully stocked with our locally manufactured hot tubs.

· Follow up with potential customers and build lasting relationships through excellent customer service.

What We are Looking For:

· A friendly, approachable, and professional personality who thrives on helping others.

· Previous customer service and sales experience.

· Strong communication skills—ability to explain the benefits of our factory-direct products in a clear, engaging way.

· An eagerness to learn and share detailed product knowledge, particularly about our custom-built, high-quality hot tubs.

· Team players with the motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to stand for lengthy periods when showing customers hot tubs.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
