West Coast Trial Lawyers, a Las Vegas law firm, seeks a Personal Injury Demand Writer. No prior law firm experience is required. As a Demand Writer, you will be performing the essential duties listed below:
- Demand writing
- Request and obtain up to date medical records and bills
- Review and provide a detailed analysis of medical records
- Contact clients to discuss their cases and provide timely updates
- Determine if other consequential damages apply e.g. loss of earnings and other expenses
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Results-oriented and motivated
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of Abacus Law software
- Bachelors degree
