We are a high-volume firm that is always expanding and as a result, offers considerable growth potential. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications for consideration :
- At least 6 months - 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases from inception to settlement
- Ability to directly supervise Case Managers and Legal Assistants
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of California state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to the relevant practice area
- An active member in good standing with the California Bar Association
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with support staff and other attorneys
- Ability to assess liability and damages in personal injury claims is essential
- Ability to handle a large caseload and be exposed to significant value cases
