Join our dynamic team as a highly skilled Healthcare IT Project Manager and lead the implementation lifecycles for some of our largest clients. You'll be the driving force behind our projects, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow while meeting timeline, scope, budget and project deliverables. What You’ll Do:
● Direct and coordinate single or multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycle
● Oversee all aspects of complex small-to-medium projects or routine large projects
● Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring quality and efficiency
● Maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in marketing, construction, IT, design, and implementation meetings
● Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
● Ensure project artifacts are maintained accurately and kept current
● Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
● Present oral and written reports defining plans, Gantt charts, risk assessments, problems and resolutions to the appropriate levels of management
● Incorporate user-stated requirements into technical requirements and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
● Direct and manage outside vendors, contractors, and suppliers in support of project
● Track project financials to meet budget and timeline requirements
● Work with Accounting, Operational, Clinical and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
● Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure high-quality project execution
● Prepare and manage meeting minutes, ensuring follow-through on action items
● Provide critical milestone reports during all phases of projects
● Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
● 5 years of Healthcare Project Management experience
● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, IT or equivalent experience
● PMP or relevant Project Management certification
● Strong business acumen in project planning and management
● Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
● Highly motivated and self-driven
