West County Heating & Air is hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Team Member- Commercial & Residential to perform quality installations on new construction, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects. This position comes with a competitive $35/hr depending on certifications and experience.
We also provide excellent benefits such as 3 days PTO accrued after 90 days, 5 vacation days accrued after 1 year of service, medical, dental, and paid training.

HVAC INSTALLATION TECH / COMMERCIAL INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 Years of Residential installation OR
- 4 years of Commercial installation- including sheet metal duct installation and fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and follow plans
- Verifiable experience in the HVAC industry
- Relevant education and certifications
- Previous experience with residential installs
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
