Job Duties
· Answering phones, scheduling appointments
· Perform check-in and check-out functions
. Schedule appointments, gather patient information.
· Room patients and obtains vital signs that include weight and height;
· Uploading consents, tests and documentation in the electronic health record in a timely fashion;
· Inspect exam rooms, work stations and office for cleanliness. Restock supplies; monitor and help order office supplies.
Required Job Skills,
Excellent customer service skills with prompt responsiveness
Knowledge of medical office practices and procedures
Ability to operate personal computer and electronic health record (Advanced MD EMR)
Minimum Qualification
High school diploma, in addition to graduation from a recognized Medical Assistant Program
