Practice medicine at an award-winning federally qualified health center with an award-winning provider wellness program in a ludicrously beautiful location in Northern California. The work is meaningful, the culture is collegial. The work is primary care as well as focused work in your area(s) of interest including the Latine community, reproductive justice, OB, HIV/AIDS, youth health and school clinics, gender affirming care, healthcare for those experiencing homelessness, substance use disorder treatment, wellness services and integrative health.

• We are actively hiring for providers at our health centers in Guerneville and Occidental, California.
• Guaranteed annual salary determined by years of experience monthly and quarterly bonus structure focused on quality metrics, not wRVUs
• $50,000 signing bonus, pro-rated based on FTE
• Relocation reimbursement available up to $5,000
• Eligible for public service loan forgiveness, NHSC approved sites, state student loan repayment options

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• NP or PA licensed in California, with Board Certification and appropriate experience
• Valid DEA & Furnishing License
• Prior experience as a provider in outpatient or community health clinic
• Comfortable with seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift
