Position Opportunity
Practice medicine at an award-winning federally qualified health center with a provider wellness program in a stunning location in Northern California.

- Current Openings:
- Guaranteed annual salary based on years of experience monthly and quarterly bonus structure focused on quality metrics
- $100,000 signing bonus, pro-rated based on FTE

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a provider in outpatient or community health clinic
- Comfortable with seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift
- Licensure: must possess a valid license issued by the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California
- Valid DEA & Furnishing License
