Food Service Worker

You will assist in various food preparation tasks, serve meals, and maintain cleanliness in the food service area. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in Lunch Services, including setup, service, and cleanup.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Assist dietary aides in meeting specific dietary needs of customers when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Experience in catering or restaurant settings is advantageous.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment is essential.
• Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
