West Elm Outlet is seeking energetic motivated individuals who enjoy working as team players to contribute to store goals and deliver results. As a Williams-Sonoma brand our associates offer world-class customer service, and enjoy engaging with our customers to assist them with decorating their homes, offices, and outdoor spaces via all of our family of brands including Pottery Barn, PBTeen, and PBKids. Sales Associates will assist customers with selecting and coordinating furniture and home decor merchandise, assist with store merchandising, maintenance, and clientele services. Role responsibilities include meeting goals for Sales per Hour, Email, meeting Credit Card goals, Clientele capture, and other company metrics. Prefer open availability, 3 days available to schedule Mon-Thur, and 2 days available to schedule Fri-Sun, and we are flexible so other limitations can be discussed. Casual associates work min 15 up to 29 hours/week. Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs or more via team lifts, move furniture with appropriate equipment and safety measures, climb ladders as needed, and move around a selling floor for up to 8 hours. We are fun and flexible, and we recognize top performers! Entire store organization and cleanliness, personal productivity, and great communication skills are essential to the position.
