What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Operations Associate - West Elm position at West Elm?
Essential Functions:
- Create SKU data in content management system for new product pages to support regular launch process
- Manage all eCommerce data for SKU, PIP, subset, and attributes to ensure product data is accurate
- Identify opportunities and provide solutions for customer experience issues on PIP through data analysis
- Audit and update product features including “also in the collection” to support easier browsing across pages
- Review and fix issues or bugs with SKU or PIP data in the web content management system
- Support the launch of and transition to a new Product Information Management system to improve data accuracy and workflow
- Partner with merchandising, product development, content production, eCom partners, and vendors to facilitate photo and digital assets, swatches, and any pertinent info for product information pages
- Function as subject matter expert and key contact for eCommerce data related questions

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, merchandising, or operations
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and technical skills
- Time management and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- College degree preferred
