West End Family Counseling Services has an opening for a bilingual full-time 37.5 hours program coordinator. This position is a dual role providing mental health services to older adults and adults, in clinic and community settings as well as being a coordinator for the Older Adult Community Services (OACS) program. Requirements

• Experience working with adults and families
• Licensed preferred: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.
• Ensure the assigned team provides quality clinical services to clients being serviced.
• Ensure documentation, assessments, and paperwork meet all standards for compliance, productivity, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with the County, Community Based Providers (Senior Centers and Senior housing) and participate in all required meetings.
• Good communication, public speaking, team building, and problem-solving skills.
• Skillfully manage crisis situations and utilize de-escalation techniques as appropriate.
• If clinical supervision eligible provide consistent supervision, including support, feedback, and clinical consultation.
• Provide clinical services and community outreach when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the OACS program director.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook and able to navigate electronic health records systems.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
