- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and insurance billing
```Experience```
- Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for prescription processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and patient information management
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations used in prescriptions and healthcare settings
- Experience with critical care or acute care pharmacy services, including IV infusion and aseptic technique, is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
