- Understanding of employment personnel tools (Frontline, Applitrack, and ERP-Pro) is preferred.
- Demonstrated, effective technology skills – MS Office, Outlook, Excel/Spreadsheets for budgeting, Microsoft Teams, and willingness to learn new accounting and technology systems.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondences in the English language.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, expressively, and reactively.
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion, and good judgement.
