What You’ll Be Responsible For

As our Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you’ll wear many hats. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Content Creation:

• Plan, produce, and edit creative and engaging digital content across all social and web platforms (video, photo, copywriting, and more).
• Run point on storytelling that conveys the history and quality of West Fork Whiskey—while keeping it fresh, fun, and impactful.
• Collaborate with our distillers, on-site teams, and partners to showcase our unique bourbon production process.

Social Media Management:

• Own the social media calendar: from concept to execution, posting to analytics.
• Develop engaging campaigns to grow our online communities and drive brand awareness (we’re talking viral-level ideas).
• Respond to messages, comments, and tags in a timely, authentic way—because whiskey is personal to us AND our followers.

Graphic Design:

• Bring our brand vision to life through beautiful and precise print and digital content.
• Design promotional materials, event signage, website/marketing assets, and more—all while ensuring brand aesthetics are top-notch.
• Help maintain our brand’s consistency across all visual touchpoints.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• A portfolio that showcases killer content, storytelling, and some bold graphic design chops.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design programs like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Proven success in growing and engaging social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with photography/videography production and editing (bonus for drone skills or vlogging chops!)
• An in-depth knowledge of bourbon (or at least a willingness to rapidly become an expert).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and an ability to crush deadlines.
• A collaborative team spirit and flexibility to work evenings and weekends for live events.
