Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Description:
This challenging role involves the installation, repair, replacement, programming, and testing of all electrical circuits and equipment. You will perform routine to moderately complex repairs or installations of automatic electrical and electronic controls, conduct electrical/electronic preventative maintenance on mill equipment, and repair, modify, and maintain various electrical and electronic equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Background in Electrical fundamentals
- Strong computer, math, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to understand and follow electrical schematics proficiently without supervision
- PLC Experience
- Able to interpret PLC logic as it relates to its application to process and equipment for troubleshooting purposes
