We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to manage our presence within the construction markets for West Fraser wood products. As a crucial member of our team, you will serve as both a technical resource and product expert, focused on fostering strong relationships with key customers in the new home, multi-family, and commercial construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring outstanding service and follow-up, while understanding and supporting our customers' unique business needs.
- Create and execute targeted regional marketing initiatives with pro-dealers, retail accounts, and builders that align with our corporate sales and marketing goals.
- Effectively promote both new and existing products to contractor yards and builders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products and programs in the marketplace, providing critical insights and support.
- Address and resolve any customer product issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Build a robust professional network by participating in regional trade shows and home builder association meetings.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales staff and management to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
