**Job Description**
As a Senior Plant Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine scheduled maintenance on plant property and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will also perform specialized maintenance on equipment employing these functions.
You will have a thorough understanding of established safety procedures and be capable of operating mobile equipment, including man lifts, cranes, scissor lifts, and forklifts. You will install, upgrade, and retrofit equipment employed within an OSB mill environment and complete detailed maintenance/inspection according to manufacturer or Company guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance on plant property and equipment
- Perform specialized maintenance on equipment employing hydraulic and pneumatic functions
- Operate mobile equipment, including man lifts, cranes, scissor lifts, and forklifts
- Install, upgrade, and retrofit equipment employed within an OSB mill environment
- Complete detailed maintenance/inspection according to manufacturer or Company guidelines
**Qualifications**
- Five or more years of verifiable manufacturing maintenance experience
- A.A. degree with concentration in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, welding, and fabricating
- Project development experience from inception to completion
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, including hydraulics and pneumatics
