We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment, monitoring lumber movement, and ensuring the safe operation of machinery.

- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment
- Monitor lumber movement and ensure safe operation of machinery
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organization of the department
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Excellent safety record and ability to follow all safety criteria
- Ability to work any shift and have good written and oral communication skills
