Centrally located in Gardena, California, West Gardena Post-Acute provides rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Our compassionate staff offers individualized care plans for each resident to ensure personalized care is provided to all our patients with a goal to return home.

We are looking for a full-time caring and dedicated CNAs for AM shift (7AM-3PM) and NOC shift (11PM-7AM). This is a full-time 4-2 rotating schedule, must be available on weekends and holidays. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.
750 signing bonus. Half paid after 90 days and half paid after 6 months .
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include : bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
