Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of technical accounting principles, payroll management, and corporate accounting practices. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing employee relations and performance.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee payroll processing using systems such as ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employment practices.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries related to HR functions, including payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with finance teams on accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Assist in corporate accounting tasks, including tax preparation and reporting.
- Provide training and support to staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles, including double entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for managing accounts receivable and tax-related tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ethically.
- 1 year experience in payroll/ human resources
