West Hartford Public Schools seeks to fill the position of a full-time Clerical Paraprofessional for the 2025-26 school year. This position provides essential support to the school office, with occasional additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone, clerical, and interpersonal skills, along with demonstrated proficiency in PowerSchool, Google Workspace, Google Translate, and the Raptor visitor management system. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and highly organized, with a strong work ethic and previous experience in an office setting. Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is preferred. Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM05/09/2025
