Assistant Softball Coach at Waterloo West
Will work primarily with the Junior Varsity program while also assisting with the Varsity as needed. Must be able to coach during the morning once school is out as JV games and practices currently primarily take place in the morning.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support Head Coach’s vision for the program
- Provide positive leadership for all levels of program
- Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
- Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success of West High
