We seek experienced groomers who love animals and are committed to ensuring every pet looks and feels their very best.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of grooming experience.
Proficient in grooming all breeds and sizes of both cats and dogs.
Skilled in brushing, trimming, nail clipping, and more.
A strong passion for animals, with a commitment to minimizing stress during the grooming process.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Salary : Commission Only

Commission Structure Overview :

Employees earn a commission ranging from 4 0% to 50% of the revenue generated from their services, depending on experience, performance, and seniority. Additionally, employees may receive tips directly from clients.

How Commission is Earned :

Commission is earned based on the total revenue generated by the employee for services provided. The exact percentage is determined based on individual performance, client retention, and tenure with the company.

Payment Frequency :

Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis, with commission earnings calculated and disbursed in alignment with the payroll cycle.

Here is What Your Day May consist of :

Minimum of 2 years of grooming experience with proficiency in handling all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs.

Skilled in a full range of grooming services, including brushing, bathing, trimming, shaving, nail trimmings, ear cleanings, and occasional teeth cleanings.

Demonstrated ability to manage temperamental pets with patience and minimize stress during the grooming process.

Commitment to delivering high-quality service by following customer instructions, ensuring the safety and well-being of each animal.

Providing before-and-after photos to showcase your work and maintain excellent communication with clients.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster trust and satisfaction with pet owners.
