We invite YOU to partner with West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center and join our internship program for veterinarians!

We are seeking a veterinary intern to join our fantastic internship program to learn, partner with great colleges and practice excellent medicine!

West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center along with Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care is Long Island's largest general practice / emergency / specialty center. With 25 LVTs and a 30 doctor staff, there will always be professional colleagues on staff to guide interns through the process of becoming outstanding clinicians.

Long Island, NY boasts amazing opportunities for fun when away from the clinic. From amazing nightlife activities spent in NYC or brewery visits on the island to endless outdoor activities like hiking or visiting one of Long Island's numerous and stunning beaches, you will never run out of things to do in the area. Being located about 30 miles outside of NYC, West Hills Animal Hospital is in the perfect location for a mix of city life when you want it and a more relaxing feel when you don’t.

Job Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
Must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
