BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Dean and/or supervisor, perform a wide variety of complex clerical and typing duties involving frequent and responsible contact with employees and the general public.Up to 25 hours per week

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
- Arrive consistently punctual and prepared to work.

- Prepare and type correspondence, forms, reports, and a variety of other materials, type from oral direction, or rough copy or notes.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment; notify supervisor of low inventory status or maintenance issues.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Operations, procedures, and rules of the office environment.
