Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in our team's success and the enhancement of our residents' lives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and healthcare regulations
- Leading or directing licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state
- Experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility working with a variety of patients and residents
- Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
