PARTS COUNTER SALES
Job Description

- Essential Functions
- Draft parts tickets and pull parts efficiently in accordance with the parts inventory system
- Stock parts in retail display, inventory, and overstock locations
- Communicate with customers proactively on parts orders and pickup
- Work closely with customers to provide the correct parts for their equipment
- Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Work closely with sales and service departments to deliver the best total ownership experience to our customers
- Perform other duties as requested by the Parts Manager

Requirements
- One year or more of parts sales experience in Agriculture or Automotive industries preferred
- Background in Agriculture such as growing up on farm, hired hand, or operator preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Reliable source of transportation
