SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description

- Essential Functions
- Diagnose and repair tractors, hay tools, & light construction equipment
- Maintain technical and product knowledge of New Holland, Case IH, & other various products
- Perform diagnostic and repairs in the field
- Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Ensure warranty repairs are properly diagnosed, documented, and charged
- Work closely with customers to provide the best total ownership experience of their equipment
- Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman
Requirements
- Certificate or degree from college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training as pertains to previous employment, military experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Ag Diesel Mechanics & Systems
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
- Own a variety of tools to perform repairs
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Reliable source of transportation
