About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Content Strategist & Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across various platforms. This role is instrumental in driving brand visibility, enhancing engagement, and managing the digital strategies that define our public image. You will play a critical part in crafting our online narrative, building connections with our audience, and contributing to our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all social media channels for our founders and brand, developing engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
- Content Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring content consistency and alignment with brand messaging across all platforms. Design engaging visuals, graphics, and videos using approved templates, and create compelling captions for every post.
- Email Marketing and Newsletters:
- Design, write, and distribute newsletters to investors, partners, and potential clients. Manage email campaigns and blasts that target specific audience segments, track engagement, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Podcast Production:
- Manage end-to-end podcast production, including episode planning, guest coordination, recording, editing, and distribution. Ensure quality production and engaging content that aligns with our brand.
- Marketing Funnels and Campaigns:
- Create and manage marketing funnels to drive audience engagement and conversions. Design targeted campaigns and leverage data to optimize performance.
- Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality graphics for social media, newsletters, and pitch decks, using your strong eye for design and proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all visuals.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM systems to manage relationships, track interactions, and optimize communication strategies. Work with our team to ensure CRM data is accurate and leverage insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization:
- Track and analyze metrics across social platforms, email campaigns, and CRM interactions to assess campaign performance. Generate actionable insights to refine strategies, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably within real estate, finance, or hospitality industries.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record managing social media and creating engaging content.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive strategy adjustments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
