Responsibilities of a Management Trainee :
- Engage directly with consumers in a specific community to promote new client campaigns and programs while identifying the most effective solutions to address their sales needs
- Ensures employee's actions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and boost sales margins
- Establish and report team and individual performance standards
- Train alongside existing Management team members to acquire techniques and systems necessary to keep the company running efficiently and smoothly
- Participate in sales, customer service, and management tasks
- Be an expert brand ambassador for our clients
- Connect with customers and provide expert knowledge of products, sales promotions, and services offered by our clients
