The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patients throughout their experience with our dental office. This includes answering the phones , checking in patients, scheduling patient appointments using a scheduling software, coordinating insurance-related activities, and presenting treatment recommendations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with clients, analyze insurance needs, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office (required)
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and dental practices
- Flexible team-player who is willing to support the team as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
