Position: Manager of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing, communications, and public relations efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Communications: Oversee all marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for West Lebanon Feed and Supply.
- Social Media Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute all company events.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns.
- In-Store Promotions: Design signage, in-store ads, and flyers.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- MIS Coordination: Coordinate Management Information Systems.
- Procurement: Procure necessary equipment and supplies.
- Cross-Department Assistance: Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
- Graphic design experience is required.
- Preferred experience in videography and web design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MailChimp.
- Self-directed with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficiency with office equipment and software.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours to meet business demands and support other departments.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
