Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of PRN Chaplain.
Perform duties of chaplain, which includes counseling and visiting. Develops and provides services designed to meet the religious and/or spiritual needs of patients and their families and hospital employees. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others, including assisting with Hospice program. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Must complete required departmental competency to validate competency and maintain competency.
Experience
Required- Exposure to grief, death and dying issues.
- One (1) year chaplain experience.
- Prior home care/hospice experience and certification preferred.
