What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helpdesk Analyst position at West Michigan Community Mental Health System?
The Helpdesk Analyst will assist end users in resolving issues during the first point of contact as well as triaging and promptly prioritizing and escalating open and unresolved helpdesk tickets. The Helpdesk Analyst will perform those roles with consistency and accuracy in a professional customer service-oriented manner. This role requires a high level of communication skill via telephone, E-Mail, voicemail, chat, video, and in-person. This position requires both troubleshooting and technical skills that allow the analyst to provide a high level of end user support.
The Help Desk analyst will be required to assist in the analysis and reporting of end user issues to the IT Team and will also participate in IT projects and initiatives. This position will be required to provide ongoing training to end users.
