WMCU is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative in Grand Rapids. Our Representatives work in a team setting and are responsible for assisting members with telephone, email, and website requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Team player attitude.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service background.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- CU*Answers experience a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contact requests inquiring about credit union products and services.
- Identify member’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of all products and services, policies, and standards.
- Educates members on making the most effective use of services offered.
- Be able to identify fraud on accounts.
