Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Centerless Grinder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setup and operating Centerless Grinders. Additional experience in operating Surface, OD and ID grinders would also be beneficial skills.
Duties:
- Set up and operate Centerless Grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Skills:
- Proficiency in set up and operation of Centerless Grinders
- Knowledge of grinding processes and wheel selection
- Ability to use precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, surface finish analyzers)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Centerless Grinder Operator, or other grinding equipment
- Desire to learn on the job and grow your skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
