Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Operate CNC lathes and mills
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery
- Knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Ability to use precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gages and indicators)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with hand tools for deburring and finishing work
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator, or other manufacturing equipment
- Desire to learn on the job and grow your skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
