Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaper to work with our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and care. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will oversee daily operations, follow directions of your Landscape Supervisor, and ensure that all landscaping tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete various landscape maintenance tasks.
- Oversee groundskeeping activities including mowing, trimming, and irrigation.
- Work alongside with your crew leader to plan and execute landscape projects such as building gardens and installing hardscapes.
- Ensure proper tree care practices are followed for the health and longevity of trees on-site.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Work with team members to execute best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for efficient water management.
- Ability to build various landscape features, including gardens, pathways, and other structures.
- Familiarity with tree care practices to ensure proper growth and health of trees.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in all landscaping projects.
