We are looking for a flexible Floating Custodian/Janitor to serve accounts in the Lakeshore (Holland, Saugatuck, Grand Haven) area.

Responsibilities of the Floating Custodian/Janitor:
- Cover cleaning routes as needed:
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty Trash receptacles
- Dust office equipment
- Wipe down hard surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
- Clean interior windows/ doors
- Occasionally may perform quality checks
Requirements of the Floating Custodian/Janitor:
- Strong organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: Will vary between 1st and 2nd shift - MUST be flexible in this role, Schedule may change day-to-day
Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
