Responsibilities of the Custodial Team Lead:
- Perform regular walk-through inspections
- Monitor and coach team members
- Perform exemplary customer service
- Cover cleaning routes as needed:
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty Trash receptacles
- Dust office equipment
- Wipe down hard surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
- Clean interior windows/ doors
Requirements of the Custodial Team Lead:
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: 2:30pm to 11:30pm - No flexibility of start/end times with this role
Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
