Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Coordinator in Holland, MI. The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing accounts, analyzing data, and communicating with customers to ensure their transportation needs are met. Primarily ensuring our Customer's KPI metrics are met with on time pick-up, on time-delivery and proactive customer service. We like to stand out and want hustlers on our team! The Account Coordinator will also provide excellent customer service and establish relationships with customers and carriers. Ability to multi-task, set appointments, procure shipments with our partner carriers and follow detailed company SOP's.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
