Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Sales Representative located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Business Development Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. Additional tasks include managing and negotiating contracts, tracking carrier performance, and collaborating with the account management team to ensure customer KPI's are met. Candidates must exhibit strong sales acumen and customer service skills to contribute to the company's growth and success.
