West Monroe has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned consulting leader with deep Energy & Utilities experience, to lead and grow our national E&U practice as an expert lead focused on OT Systems Strategy, Design, and Integration, and related services around System Integration, IT / OT convergence, Supply Chain, and Cyber Security as it applies to OT systems. As a Managing Director / Partner, you will work with our OT Transformation team building, retaining, and growing the business. This role entails significant responsibility in refining and expanding our OT System Integration offerings, go-to-market strategy, and execution. This includes developing new business, managing the client relationship at the executive levels with existing E&U and new clients, and providing leadership, direction, and oversight to our project teams. What You Will Be Doing :
Business Development
- Cultivate new and existing client development opportunities for the E&U consulting practice
- Originate and manage client development opportunities and sales cycle with prospective new and existing clients
- Lead development of proposals, work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for project prospects
- Attend networking events and actively build and leverage a professional network and affiliate network in the Energy & Utilities community

This role requires the ability to travel, as required based on client and practice demands. Additionally, it requires the ability to be in-person three days a week.
Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees in proximity of our Seattle, Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco offices will have a geographic premium applied to this salary scale.

Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
