Successful candidates will be passionate about problem-solving, driven by efficiency, and enjoy working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire Lead-to-Cash process, from lead generation to collections, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.Develop and implement recommendations to optimize operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy.Collaborate with sales, staffing, finance, and IT teams to align operational processes with business objectives.Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve Lead-to-Cash performance.Deliver actionable insights and updates to leadership through data analysis and reporting.Act as the business sponsor for CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle), providing input on priorities and requirements.Stay informed about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to drive digital transformation and innovation.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and governance frameworks for operational processes.Qualifications5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash processes in IT or consulting environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., Kantata, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).Proven track record in process optimization and business transformation initiatives.Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
