West Monroe is currently seeking a talented Manager with expertise in Salesforce consulting, particularly in the Financial Services Cloud, to join our Technology & Experience practice. The Manager will be responsible for leading project teams in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing configurations on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The role also involves developing methodology and best practices and actively participating in business development opportunities in the Wealth Management and Insurance industry space.
Responsibilities:
Client Delivery
- Serve as a Project Manager for several key clients within the Wealth Management/Insurance/Banking industry, responsible for day-to-day operations on one or more projects.
- Demonstrate strong Salesforce Financial Services Cloud product knowledge skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements.
- Direct how to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce Financial Service Cloud projects.
- Serve as a Wealth Management industry expert by understanding predominant wealth management business models: RIA, broker/dealer, and/or bank wealth
- Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.
- Communicate and report project status to client leadership and IT management, including budget, risks, and general business issues.
- Mentor and manage teams of consultants to keep projects on time.
- Manage client relationships and meet with clients to determine business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate effective change management programs within the client organization, including creating and administering communication plans to promote end-user adoption.
People and Practice Development
- Drive the development and enhancement of West Monroe's methodologies and approaches to client delivery and provide thought leadership for internal practice development.
- Manage consultants and participate actively in the performance expectation process.
Business Development
- Participate in business development with prospective clients in the Wealth Mangement/Insurance/Banking space, including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, negotiating, and project planning.
- Understand business needs and requirements and help turn those goals into tangible deliverables, including projects and detailed proposals, requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, and project plans.
- Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for prospects.
- Participate in key client relationships and grow those accounts within the practice and cross-sell to other areas within West Monroe.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company in a business analyst/consulting manager role preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with specific expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry (Banking, Wealth Management, etc.), with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, including the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites 30-50%.
- Hybrid role, 1 to 2 days in the office per week.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation.
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
