Key Responsibilities
Technical
- Deliver age-appropriate, high-quality training sessions.
- Lead competitive game-day experiences in league, tournament, and event play.
- Adhere to the club's curriculum and periodization framework.
- Conduct formal midseason player evaluations.
Administrative
- Communicate effectively with families and club staff.
- Schedule and organize team league games.
- Comply with all club policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications
- US Soccer D License or higher (C License preferred).
