West Music is seeking a results-driven Director of National Sales to lead our National Business Unit sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and advancing West Music’s mission as the leading supplier of elementary general music products in the U.S. The Director will coach and support a team of National Sales Consultants and Managers, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales team
- Set and track KPIs, driving performance to meet/exceed sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and partners in music education
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer service, events, bids, and marketing
- Use data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Represent West Music at conventions, workshops, and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Music, Education, or related field
- Proven success leading sales teams and meeting revenue targets
- Experience in consultative, relationship-based sales
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
- Experience with Elementary Music products and services
- Experience creating and executing scalable sales strategies
- 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in music education or similar industry
