The Opportunity

West Music is recruiting Temporary String Warehouse Coordinators to provide overall support to our warehouse operations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals with no prior experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect strings and accessories for accuracy and completeness
• Safely move strings and related items through the warehouse
• Package and prepare strings and accessories for shipment
• Maintain inventory records and documents accurately
• Monitor, track and record supply orders and shipments
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using technology-based systems and software
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or related environment
• Strong time-management skills
• Commitment to quality and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with shipping labels and containers
