About the Role
As an Event Coordinator at West Newton Cinema, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of private rentals, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-up, and will work closely with our cinema staff to ensure seamless execution.
You will handle incoming private rental requests, coordinate with clients to determine event suitability, and ensure that all logistical arrangements are made in advance. On the day of the event, you will be on-site to welcome the rental party and ensure their needs are met.
This is a flexible, Part-Time role that offers the opportunity to work from home while still being involved in the excitement of live events.
